Solo Baal or Chaos runs are doable within 3-4 minutes in high-end gear.Not an efficient build for Uber Tristram.Many monsters are immune to cold, even an Infinity runeword on your merc won’t help you, so unless you plan to play in a party or aim for specific, non-immune monsters, i suggest using a hybrid build for soloing.Not an efficient build for killing Uber Diablo or Uber Tristram.Uses a lot of mana, so need mana potions.Having a skill point on Warmth, Insight runeword on merc, or prayer aura on your merc can eliminate this issue Playing solo: If you want to be able to solo the game, you will need to use a hybrid variation of the build, a good candidate for the hybrid’s secondary attacking skill is Chain Lightning maxed with a point on Lightning Mastery, or Fire Wall maxed with a point on Fire Mastery. The Blizz Sorc is effective against Uber Diablo, but you will have great difficulties at Uber Tristram. In high-end gear, especially if you use a hybrid build, you will be able to do solo Baal or Chaos runs within 3-4 minutes, or kill Uber Diablo within a few seconds.
Playing in a party: In parties, members can take advantage of your fast teleporting ability to reach bosses quickly, also having a paladin with Conviction aura or a necromancer with the Lower resist curse can increase your damage output a lot. Survival can be boosted by many ways, including Paladins with Defensive Auras, a Barbarian with high level of Battle Orders and Shout skills, a Druid with high Oak Sage, or several of the Necromancer Curses. Survivability, Hardcore: On Hell difficulty, in high-end gear the build can achieve 75 all resistances, 3k+ life (With Call to Arm’s Battle Orders), 4k+ defense (via Shiver Armor), 1k+ mana, 70%+ damage reduction via Energy Shield and around 50% block rate. In case you want to avoid being frozen, use a Raven frost ring.
